Since 1987, our customers have trusted DHY Shipping and Continental Agency to clear their goods through customs. DHY Shipping and Continental Agency are fully licensed and bonded customs house brokers with national permits that allow us to clear customs at any port in the United States. Unlike many freight forwarders who rely on external customs brokers for clearance, we own and operate our own full service customs brokerage house. This results in greater quality control and efficiency for our customers.
Because customs regulations are always changing, our dedicated Compliance Officers hold regular employee training and conduct random file audits to ensure our employees are up-to-date with regulatory changes at both origin and destination that may affect your shipments. Our proactive approach to customs compliance means less risk and reduced costs for our customers.
